Crafts on the Corner - Information for Vendors
We still have room for vendors at our "Snowflake Bazaar and Craft Show".
DATE: Saturday, November 14th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
LOCATION: Blessed Sacrament Church Hall, 3 Briscoe Street, Amherstview
Our bazaar will include:
- Bake Table
- Soup 'n Sweets Luncheon Room
- Handcrafted Gift Items
The cost is $35 per 10-foot x 6-foot space, or $50.00 per 14-foot x 6-foot space. Each space includes one 6-foot table, up to 2 chairs and a tablecloth. Side panels/racks or additional tables must fit into the purchased space. If you have any additional requirements, please indicate these on the application form, where indicated.
Insurance
Our church requires proof of insurance on your products:
- The user is required to provide the parish with a certificate of insurance documenting general liability coverage in the amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence. This certificate of insurance must name the parish (Blessed Sacrament Parish, Amherstview) and the Arch/Diocese (Archdiocese of Kingston) as an additional insured.
Please have this available on request. If you do not currently have this in place, we can suggest Duuo Insurance, which many vendors have found to be inexpensive and easy to obtain: https://duuo.ca/vendor-insurance/. This suggestion does not imply endorsement of this company.

Payment is due with your completed application form. A table will not be held for you without payment. You will be notified by e-mail when your application form and payment have been received (application form below).
